GrabPoints Review

This will be a review of GrabPoints, one of the more popular rewards sites on the internet.
The site has been in operation since 2014, and it has gained quite a bit of traction among frequent rewards site users. I have been using the site for quite some time now, having learned about it from various online earning communities, as well as the comments on this site. This puts me in a position to show you the various ins and outs of this site.

Read Living Cheaply’s complete review of GrabPoints to find out about my experience using this particular rewards site.

Is Grabpoints Legit or a Scam?

What is GrabPoints.com?

GrabPoints is a rewards site. Members of the site earn points by completing various online tasks. I will be discussing later in this article, but if you’re familiar with other rewards sites such as InstaGC or Earnably, these earning methods will be familiar to you. Once they’ve reached the minimum amount of points, they can trade these points for either cash or gift cards.

Like I mentioned a while ago, the site has been around since 2014, and it now has over 4 million members. GrabPoints has distributed over $5 million in earnings to those members.

Is GrabPoints Legit or a Scam?

It’s good to know the figures I’ve listed above since it shows that the site is legit. Scam sites usually don’t stick around for long, much less give millions of dollars in earnings. GrabPoints also claims to be the highest-paying rewards site around. They’ve even got this graph that compares who much you can earn on GrabPoints vs. other rewards sites.

I can confirm that the earnings on GrabPoints are indeed sweet. But you won’t get rich using the site. And I’m okay with that. GrabPoints pays better than other rewards sites, but it doesn’t make any unrealistic promises about how much you can earn through it. And this is a very good sign.

Getting Started with GrabPoints

Memberships on GrabPoints are free, and anyone in the world can become a member. It’s really easy to become a member since the application form is right there on their homepage. Once you’ve provided your basic information, an activation email will be sent to you. Make sure you use it to activate your account.

Once you become a member, you will have the option to provide what is called your demographic info. This could cover details like your location, occupation, and other personal details. Make sure you provide this info since GrabPoints will need it to assign the appropriate tasks to you (see the following section).

Ways to Earn with GrabPoints

There are four main earning methods on GrabPoints. Whenever you complete a task, your points will be credited to your account.

Answering Surveys

This is the most common earning method that you’ll be doing. Companies want to get the opinions of their markets, and they work with sites like GrabPoints to distribute surveys to members who fit the company’s target demographic.

You will find available surveys on the site’s survey wall. You will have the option of taking any survey that catches your attention.

Watching Videos

GrabPoints has several video “channels.” You will have the option of watching videos from each channel (you can also switch between channels). Whenever you complete watching a video, you will earn points.

Completing Offers

GrabPoints also has an offer wall. These offers usually include you taking a free trial membership on another site. Some offers will require you to make a purchase before you earn your points. As with all the tasks on GrabPoints, this is purely optional, and you can always cancel your free trial membership before the paid membership kicks in.

Testing Apps

If you love using mobile apps and games, this is the earning method for you. You will earn points by installing apps and games on your mobile device. Note that sometimes, you will have to keep the app on your phone for a particular amount of time, or reach a certain level in the game, before you get your points.

How to Get Your Earnings on GrabPoints

Members earn a certain amount of points for each task they complete. The longer the task, the more points you will earn. Once you have at least 3,000 points (worth $3 in real-world money) you will have the option to request a payout. 3,000 is a low minimum amount, which means you’ll be able to withdraw your earnings pretty often – this will be hand if you rely on your earnings to supplement your regular income.

GrabPoints is also pretty dependable when it comes to processing times – it only takes 48 hours for you to receive your earnings, which is blazing-fast when compared to other rewards site. Other sites can take up to a week to process your earnings.

You will have two main options for receiving your earnings. There is a cash option. Your money will be sent to you via PayPal. And then there is the gift card option. The gift card option is where GrabPoints shines. The site has tons of gift card options, for a variety of shops and establishments. Whether you’re a gamer, a homemaker, a handyman, or a fashionista, there will be something here for you. I personally love their gaming-related gift card options.

Scam Verdict

GrabPoints is a legit website and gives members a good chance to supplement their regular income. The earning potential for GrabPoints is pretty good. Maybe even the best in the industry, as a matter of fact. Not to mention payouts are processed pretty quickly as well. When you know you’ll get your earnings within 48 hours, you can plan your budget around it. You can make a payout request a few days before the weekend, and feel confident that you’ll get your earnings in time for grocery day, or to pay important bills.

GrabPoints is a great site for both seasoned rewards site users, and rewards site newbies. I highly recommend you give GrabPoints a try.
